Zynicon – Instagram Data Deletion Policy
Zynicon provides Instagram automation services using the Instagram Graph API from Meta Platforms.
If you have connected your Instagram account to the Zynicon application and wish to delete your data, please follow the instructions below.
1. Automatic Data Removal (Self-Service Method)
You may remove Zynicon’s access directly from your Instagram/Facebook account:
- Log in to your Facebook account.
- Go to Settings & Privacy.
- Select Settings.
- Navigate to Business Integrations.
- Locate Zynicon.
- Click Remove.
Once removed:
- All access tokens become invalid immediately.
- Zynicon can no longer access your Instagram data.
- Associated automation processes stop instantly.
All linked data stored on our servers will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
2. Request Deletion via Email
If you prefer, you may request deletion manually by emailing:
Please include:
- Your Instagram username
- The email associated with your Zynicon account
- Subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
After verifying your identity, we will:
- Delete your stored access tokens
- Remove automation logs
- Delete any stored message data
- Remove your account from our system
Requests are processed within 7–14 business days.
3. What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon successful deletion request, we permanently remove:
- Instagram User ID
- Username and profile metadata
- Stored access tokens
- Comment automation logs
- Direct message automation logs
- Any linked account configuration
We do not retain backups of deleted personal data beyond the legally required retention period.
4. What Data We Do Not Control

If you wish to delete your Instagram account entirely, you must do so through Instagram directly.
